Job Description:

Technical Helpdesk 

Baltimore, MD

Technical Helpdesk positons available for long term contracts in Baltimore City.  Successful candidates will have 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.  Experience with Remedy or Heat  ticketing required.  Background with troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a Windows environment desired.

 Candidates MUST meet the following criteria:

         Excellent work ethic

         Excellent communication skills

         Background in high-volume structured call center environment

         Background in Tier 1 technical support, including hardware, software and network connectivity issues.

         Good analytical/critical thinking skills

         Excellent attention to detail and delivery of excellent quality of work

         Ability to efficiently handle customer calls in a timely manner while still providing high quality service to customers

         Good writing skills

         Positive attitude
